Refund & Return Policy

At Alpxa, each product is made to order using our print-on-demand partners. Because of this production model, all items are custom manufactured specifically for your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or model selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please carefully review product descriptions and device compatibility before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

To request this, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product

  • A photo of the packaging

Once verified, we will either:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of shipment.

We will work with the carrier and our production partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
