At Alpxa, every product is made to order using our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. This allows us to create each item specifically for you while maintaining high quality standards.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is confirmed, it is sent to our production partner for printing and fulfillment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Time

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, it may result in delays or additional shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and assist with a resolution.
